Although Tilletts have been manufacturing stone products for over 140 years, they have never stopped embracing technology to improve their product. Utilising the latest in computerised German, French and Italian machinery to streamline productivity, increase quality and enable us to remain competetive with Chinese and Indian manufacturers who are increasingly being used throughout the industry.
We use and promote a large range of the highest quality Australian granites which have proven to be resistant to our climate over many years, unlike some imported stones which in some instances are showing signs of degrading in a short space of time.
We do make available imported products, but unlike most stonemasons, our size allows us to deal directly with a manufacturer who we visit on a regular basis to ensure that the highest standards of quality can be maintained.
We are committed to remaining a manufacturing stonemason, despite the ever increasing amount of imported products and will continue to invest in the latest technology to use alongside our traditional methods and skills that have been developed over the last one hundred and forty years.
